Windows: SPW600

Senior Aluminium Systems' new SPW 600 is a high performance casement commercial window and door system designed to meet the thermal insulation demands specified in Part L of the Building Regulations for England and Wales: "Conservation of Fuel and Power".

The SPW 600 range, with integral polyamide strips, has been developed to include fixed lights, tophung, sidehung, tilt-turn and overswing windows, as well as single and double rebated doors. A range of mullions and transoms allows large composite windows to be fabricated.

Construction

SPW 600 is constructed using mitred and mechanically crimped corners with support chevrons and cleats to ensure accurate alignment. Integral transoms and mullions are mechanically fixed and sealed into the outer frames. All necessary crimp tooling is available from Senior Aluminium Systems to ensure quality fabrication.

Glazing

SPW 600 is available in 28mm only.

Performance

Fully tested and classified in accordance with BS 6375: Part 1: 1989, SPW 600 is supplied with SAS technical support.

Finishes

The system can be powder coated prior to the application of thermal break and is available in mill finish or anodised and can be polyester powder coated as single or dual colour.
