Doors: Construction

Senior Doors are designed to give long term performance in high traffic areas. All are mechanically jointed - screwed and bolted - using purpose designed cleats with torsion bars for additional strength.

Should emergency repairs be necessary following attempted burglary or other damage, this method of construction allows individual stiles and rails to be replaced on site without having to take the door leaf concerned to a fabrication workshop. Senior Door Systems have integral double weatherpile grooves in door stiles with additional sections, secret and face fixed, to accept brush seals where required.
